General return policy

* Our company accepts partial or full refunds for items that have issues caused by our negligence. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a refund if the problem with the item is not a result of BallBride’s actions, as we do not offer free returns.

* We have a policy in place that does not accept returns for situations where customers order multiple dresses, try them on at home, and then choose to keep one while returning the others.

* If you encounter any issues with the products, please reach out to our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the package. Kindly note that we only accept returns for products in their original condition, without any modifications, cleaning, or exposure to smoke. Prior approval from us is required for processing any return. Should you wish to return some or all items from your order, please contact customer service and ensure that your package includes a completed return form.

* In order to process your return, all items must be returned with the original label attached. Please note that any clothing items without the original label or those that do not comply with our return policy will be rejected.


* We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to us. However, please note that bonus points, coupons, rush order fees, and express shipping fees are non-refundable.

* A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied for any approved returns.

* Before issuing a refund for returns, please note that we will charge a shipping fee per item. The exact fee amount will depend on your location.

* Please ensure that the goods are properly packed and protected to avoid any damage during transit as you are responsible for them until they arrive at our warehouse. We recommend obtaining a postage certificate as a precautionary measure.

* Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any goods that are returned by mistake.

* All items will undergo an inspection upon return. Once we have verified that the product indeed exhibits the problem you mentioned, we will proceed with the refund process.

* We reserve the right not to accept returns without the prior approval of customer service.

* We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn or damaged due to improper cleaning methods. Additionally, we are unable to facilitate returns for customers who order multiple dresses for the purpose of trying them on and subsequently return all but one. Lastly, returns cannot be accepted for customer self-designed dresses.

* If customers have made or specified errors regarding the size or color of the product during the purchase process, they will not be eligible for refunds in such cases.

* Once 24 hours have passed, it is no longer possible to cancel orders for dresses or suits. In the event that cancellation is requested beyond this time frame, a fee will be incurred to cover the costs of fabric and workmanship already invested in the dress. The fee typically amounts to approximately $50, though the exact amount may vary depending on the specific dress.

* Our Wedding & Party Dresses are custom-made, and as such, cannot be easily reused. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you need to return a product without any quality problems or have a change of heart, we will charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund. Additionally, please note that the shipping fee, plus size fee, and rush fee (if applicable) will still be charged in these cases, even if your order initially qualified for free shipping.
